They scheduled my appointment and called 20 minutes before arrival, even a little earlier than the scheduled appointment. Preston and his apprentice were very helpful and replaced the GFI very quickly. They also answered several other questions that I had. I am extremely pleased with their service and can recommend them wholeheartedly.
